The stripping process flow, process indexes and technological characteristics of overflow sieve-plate tower were introduced as well as the structure of overflow sieve-plate tower. The overflow sieve-plate tower was compared with turbogrid sieve-plate tower in technology. 介绍了溢流筛板塔的结构及溢流筛板塔汽提技术的工艺流程、工艺指标和技术特点,并与穿流筛板塔进行了技术比较。
It was indicated that ( overflow) sieve-plate tower had high stripping efficiency, good ability to remove vinyl chloride, and could reduce the content of residue VCM to the level of ppm. 指出溢流筛板塔汽提效率高,脱出VCM的能力强,可使PVC中残留VCM含量在1×10-6以下。
